Sunshine Meadows Daycare Center

The Sunshine Meadows Daycare Center project involved the successful ground-up construction of a state-of-the-art childcare facility designed to support early childhood development in a safe, functional, and nurturing environment. The single-story, 9,800-square-foot center was built on a 1.3-acre site and includes six classrooms, infant and toddler care rooms, administrative offices, a commercial kitchen, indoor play spaces, and two secure outdoor playgrounds. The facility was constructed in full compliance with state childcare licensing regulations and local building codes, with an emphasis on safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency. The project was completed on schedule and within the $2.6 million budget. Construction took approximately 14 months, from site preparation to final occupancy. Despite minor challenges related to weather and materials logistics, the team maintained steady progress through proactive coordination and efficient project management.
